We Thank You for shopping with us and we are happy to serve you. In case you are not happy with the product, we have a stress free refund policy as below for your complete satisfaction :

1. Order Cancellation Once Accepted By Us : Once order is successfully placed, processing charges of Rs. 149 will be deducted from refund amount.
2. Order Cancellation When  In – Transit : Once order is shipped, processing charges of Rs. 249/- will be deducted from refund amount.
3. Order Cancellation When Product Delivered : Order once successfully delivered / Completed, same can not be canceled however it can be returned subject to conditions enlisted in policy herein below.

1. Return Policy :-

• We recommend a unboxing video in case of defective parcel / or damaged product  same should be mailed to support@eyerich.in mentioning order number and reason for  return.
• On receipt of request for return our associate will call and understand the reason for return.
• Any Return / Exchange request must be intimated to us through mail at, support@eyerich.in within 24 hours of receiving order.
• On approval of return, we will arrange pick-up for product,

2.Refund Policy

• In case of return, Refund amount after deducting applicable cancellation charges if any will be credited to bank account of customer within 7 working days from the day of receipt of product at our premises.
• In case of exchange, Exchange for first time will not be chargeable, if exchange is for more then one time, shipping fees of Rs. 199/- will be applicable.
• In case of Order Cancellation, Refund amount will be subject to deduction of  cancellation charges if any and same will be credited to bank account of customer within 7 working days of cancellation /receipt of returned item by us as the case may be.

3. General Conditions,

• Special Customized items can not be Returned / Exchanged / Refunded excluding defective items.
• All accessories including eyewear case provided with product should be returned back for hassle free refund processing or it may attract respective charges and same will be deducted from refund amount.
• Offers availed for cancelled order will not be applicable for fresh order.
• Amount received after applying will only be refunded after deduction of applicable charges if any.
• Bank charges applicable will be deducted from refund amount.
• Products Purchased after availing any special offers other then Normal discount can not be Returned / Exchanged / Refunded excluding defective items.
• Entire bulk order have to be returned / exchanged even if only one item is defective in case of offers availed including discount.
